Here is a Washex washer 46/110 FLA that was changed from the ES24 to the Fiber EL6. Do you have a 46/39-110 washex washer? How about a new Washex washer controller?
The original control system is very limited even when it is working perfectly.
I placed the new Jog buttons and E-stop in the exact same location as the originals so it is not hard
to get used to.
The finished control panel is very clean, since we got rid of all the level switches, the dial type temperature
control, and many other un-needed items.
Now you have a washer that has the full functionality and programmability of a new washer. Program exact
water levels, temperatures, agitation, and extract steps including the operation of the air bag suspension system to make
it balance better then ever. All original safeties still work and now it can display faults for: Door, Temp, Water, Heating,
overload, watchdog timers. Can be programmed from the keypad or a laptop.
