Conversion of this washex washer took three days. Now it has more options, and runs smoother than ever.
We used a universal type controller, which can operate virtually any washer/extractor.
Whether it uses contactors or inverter. Air or electric. Soft-mount or hard-mount. Almost any combination used
on all washer/extractors. Everything is built into the one I/O board. A level transducer replaces all the headaches of the
multiple level switches. The board has 24 outputs so you can customize the functions of your machine or just have extra
outputs in-case one is bad. Everything can be programmed from the keypad, or fast and easy with a laptop using the free software
and locally available cable. Optional memory cards can be purchased to provide memory backup and ease of transferring to multiple
machines.
I have been doing more
of these conversions with excellent results. I can also send you the controller and information so you can do it yourself.
Toughness of older equipment with modern features and higher efficiency. Also replace the EXPENSIVE or no longer available
controls with this less expensive alterative.
